Decree 81/2019/ND-CP

(Bqp.vn) - Decree on preventing and countering proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.

This Decree comes into force from the day of signing.

Ministry of National Defense shall take charge and cooperate with relevant ministries to inspect and facilitate implementation of this Decree.

Ministers, heads of ministerial agencies, heads of Governmental agencies, Chairpersons of People’s Committees of provinces and central-affiliated cities are responsible for implementation of this Decree.
